Five ways to be inventive:
1. Constantly ask questions and remain curious about everything. Wherever I go and whoever I'm with, I ask dozens and dozens of questions a day.
2. Listen, deeply.
3. To be inventive, don't try too hard to be inventive. My best ideas often come when I'm on holidays, or when I'm hiking, cycling, hitting a tennis ball, reading a book, sitting around the dinner table (or dancing on it!)
4. Surround yourself with interesting people and give them the confidence to share their most abstract ideas. Then repeat steps 1 and 2.
5. Write everything down, and have a lot of fun.

My family history (like many others) is filled with eccentric stories.
There is the story of my uncle who became famous for eating grass.
And my mother, who took glider lessons disguised as a boy, and then enlisted in the WRENS during World War II.
And now, the story of my (murdered) Great Aunt Olive who was found dead in a water tank in the South of France with a single bullet in her head.
But the details of this one were always hazy.
So, you wouldn’t believe my surprise and delight to learn that the wonderful author, Susannah Stapleton, has just published a book about it, titled That Dark Spring.
Here’s more about this gripping, fascinating, and strangely familiar story: https://virg.in/3F49qbk

It’s time to challenge the outdated assumptions on who can and can’t contribute to a workplace - everyone has potential and deserves the chance to try and fulfil it. The world is beginning to understand that neurodivergent thinkers contribute many unique and sought-after skills to the workforce, but we need to act faster. Embracing neurodivergent minds will address enormous skills gaps and talent shortages that businesses face in this high-tech, AI-centric future of work.

Neurodivergent means having a brain that forms or works differently. This nonmedical term also means people who are neurodivergent have different strengths ...

A “neurodivergent” person refers to a person on the autism spectrum or, more generally, to someone whose brain processes information in a way that is not typical of most individuals.

Richard Branson profits from the world’s desire to travel. But he is now urging business, industry and entire countries to get serious about clean, renewable energy
