#對極端論述的失望
李飛飛自稱是「務實的樂觀主義者」，對AI領域兩極化的論述感到失望。「我可能是現在AI領域最無聊的講者，因為我對兩邊的誇大其詞都感到失望。」
她批評道：「一邊是完全滅絕、世界末日、機器霸主的說法。坦白說，我不太在意有錢有權的人這樣說，我真正在意的是弱勢群體聽到這些話時受到的影響。」
「另一邊則是完全烏托邦式的說法，什麼後稀缺時代、無限生產力。作為學者、技術專家，坦白說作為世界公民，我認為我們必須清醒地看待每一個變革時刻、每一項技術、每一個工具。」
她強調：「這是一個工具，一個非常強大的工具，是一把雙刃劍。使用它做好事、治理它做好事，同時防止誤用或意外後果，這完全是我們人類的責任。」
#重新思考教育評估方式
李飛飛分享了一個令她印象深刻的故事，關於如何在AI時代重新設計教育評估。
「有人告訴我他們孩子學校的故事。開學第一天，英文老師對全班說：我要展示我會怎麼給AI評分。老師給了一個作文題目，展示最好的AI給出的答案，然後說明哪裡好、哪裡不好、哪裡不夠理想，給了它一個B-。」
「然後老師說：這是我的標準。如果你懶到讓AI寫你的作文，這就是你會得到的分數。但你可以使用AI，完全沒問題。不過如果你願意下功夫、學習、思考，成為你能成為的最好的人類創作者，在此基礎上努力，你可以拿到A，可以拿到A+。」
李飛飛認為這才是正確的評估方式：「不是讓人類與AI對立，然後試圖監控AI的使用與否，而是展示工具的標準在哪裡，以及人類學習者的標準應該在哪裡。」
#學習能力比學歷更重要
對於年輕人的建議，李飛飛的答案很明確：「學習的能力現在變得更加重要。」
她解釋道：「當工具較少時，比較容易按部就班地走：小學、中學、高中、大學，然後接受某種職業訓練，這就是一條路徑，伴隨著一套結構化的學位證書。但AI真的改變了這一切。」
以她自己的公司 World Labs 為例：「當我們面試軟體工程師時，老實說，我個人覺得他們的學歷對我們來說越來越不重要了。更重要的是你學了什麼、你使用什麼工具、你能多快用這些工具讓自己變得更強大，而這些工具很多都是AI工具，你對使用這些工具的心態更重要。」
她進一步強調：「在2025年的現在，World Labs招聘時，我不會聘用任何不擁抱AI協作軟體工具的軟體工程師。這不是因為我認為AI軟體工具是完美的，而是因為這顯示了一個人與快速發展的工具包一起成長的能力、開放的心態，而且最終結果是，如果你能使用這些工具，你能學習，你就能更好地強化自己。」//
