1，基輔電視台被俄國導彈擊中，平民死亡六人，電視廣播中斷。俄國警告即將轟擊平民住宅區。

2，烏克蘭總統向歐洲議會視像演說，重申烏克蘭的婦女和兒童，在最前線保護歐洲的自由。全場起立鼓掌致敬。

3，俄國外長在日內瓦聯合國「人權委員會」一開始視像演說，四十個國家共百名代表即刻離場，在會場外手持烏克蘭旗幟合照。留在會場內的代表繼續聽俄羅斯外長錄影演講的有叙利亞、也門、委內瑞拉、中國。

分析：

1，俄國即將狂轟基輔民用設施。烏克蘭的機會，在死守住俄羅斯的導彈攻勢，拖延至與俄國陸軍抵達。俄軍可以圍城，如1948年長春；可攻入城，如1941年的香港。後者引起基輔巷戰，人民唯須付出巨大犧牲，目前醫院老弱幼童病人食物醫療短缺，電力供應不足，西方須在波蘭邊境開闢物資和難民通道，類似四十年代的滇緬公路。

2，俄國後勤協調和軍隊士氣弱點漸現。他們不知為何而戰、戰前的仇恨洗腦工程不足，而且俄羅斯青年二十年來也不處於封閉的環境。烏克蘭各方援助有力。德國運送一千枚刺針導彈，連同導航追蹤，可以對付坦克。俄軍一旦入城，基輔市民有地利之便，持久戰俄軍可望被淹沒。而俄羅斯可以用轟炸機效法第二次世界大戰納粹之焦土轟炸倫敦，但缺乏足夠持久資源財力。

3，歐美不明助，必須加強暗援。包括以「志願軍」名義火速運輸武器軍員由波蘭入境，須有大量狙擊神槍手，換上平民服裝，在民間游擊隊配合下，協助城市巷戰抗敵。歐美民間黑客可以主動破壞癱瘓俄國國內設施系統，對俄軍和俄羅斯人民加強心戰宣傳，配合制裁，在國內促成經濟金融崩潰，軍心民心混亂。

4，了解你的敵人。俄羅斯未至於納粹——如攻入基輔後，下令每名俄軍被殺，即抽簽槍決五十名平民報復——俄國未有此力量，俄軍未有此膽，而且國際壓力大。但畢竟外則因普京率先核恐嚇，北約實質提升歐洲核導彈威懾，針對整個俄羅斯，並警告俄國一億五千萬人口：這個瘋狂的獨裁者，已經是戰犯，是經由你們的所謂民主制度選出來的，此一怪物，由你們俄羅斯人民自行緊急了斷，一旦波蘭、芬蘭等國受到普京襲擊，廣島長崎即為前車之鑑。
