太神奇的成就。想不通其可能在如此短時間內，創意大爆發。
讀者應該知道，約2000年時，不少美國大公司都到俄國去設研究中心，去搶救許多失業的科技人員，而且其月薪低於美國員工的日薪。
然而，BIOCAD 公司創業人是個外行，有錢先蓋個工廠，才發現沒產品可生產，只好轉向研究 (科學)......然後，竟像變魔術般推出如此令人目不暇接的產品組合。
目前，我還無法了解這成功的故事。
2016年12月26日普丁帶著哈薩克總統到此俄羅斯最大藥廠Biocad 來參觀。圖左是其創辦人Dmitry Morozov。這家藥廠的歷史很神奇，可說是俄羅斯脫離共產主義後的自由經濟創業樣板。本為銀行界人士的Morozov 在到日本考察之後，決定往醫藥產業發展，於2001年創立這私人企業。
17年中，已經有50種先進藥物，包括各種單株抗體Rituximab 等，化學治療藥物，干擾素，甚至自行研發擁有專利的anti-PD 1 藥物，還有基因工程之各種凝血因子以及Car-T等。其生產之藥物，佔全俄及前蘇聯80% 市場。並已外銷南美、東南亞、非洲。即將打入歐盟。已在歐盟進行臨床試驗。
接待我們的商務部門副主任Dennis Kovalev, 親自到大樓外面迎接，言辭坦率，一口道地英文。他說他是「美國回來的」。我們參觀了實驗室，也交換了很深入的意見。
連一代宗師，DNA 發現者的James Watson 也來參觀過，足見此藥廠份量。此藥廠不輕易讓人參觀。感謝居住俄羅斯多年的 Professor Liang 的穿針引線。
俄羅斯有廣大內需市場，但政府政策就是扶植一家大藥廠。我們參觀過的另一家病理醫學儀器公司Biovitrum ,也有此特色。
相對之下，台灣只有很小內需市場，但常常數家分食。
