OpenCourceWare
You don't need to get accepted into MIT to learn from one of the world's most prestigious universities. And the best part? It's completely free.
Through MIT OpenCourseWare, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology has made learning materials from more than 2,500 courses available online, covering nearly its entire undergraduate and graduate curriculum.
Anyone, anywhere in the world, can access these educational resources without paying a single cent, and there's no registration, enrollment, or tuition required.
Depending on the course, the materials include lecture notes, assignments, exams, reading materials, textbooks, and even full video lectures.
From computer science and engineering to mathematics, business, and the humanities, MIT has opened a massive collection of educational resources to learners around the world.
However, there's an important distinction. These are free course materials, not full instructor-led MIT classes. Learners do not receive academic credits, grades, certificates, or degrees from MIT simply by accessing them.
Still, it's an incredible opportunity to learn from materials developed by professors at one of the world's leading universities, regardless of where you live.
If you could study any subject using MIT's free learning materials, what would you choose?

Franz Kafka is chiefly remembered as a writer. But he is also a kind of literary philosopher — one whose works follow characters on futile quests as they search for answers to impossible questions. For Aaron Schuster, that’s especially true of Kafka’s short story, “Investigations of a Dog,” which he says makes philosophy “an object of wonder for itself.”

(Augment, Don't Automate)
(Clarity and Rationale)
(Unrestricted GenAI Use):
(Limited GenAI Use):
(Project-Based & Experiential Learning):
