觀世於深，觀人於微， 要看此等細節。法國王后 瑪麗安東妮 生命最後一天，在囚車送上斷頭台，身為女性，也像這位女店員一樣的鄙睨其敵人的姿態。其不低頭的昂然， 由 當代畫家大衛在人叢中 畫了一張速寫，紀錄了歷史。後世的電影，拍到此節，都以大衛的這張速寫為造型依據。
然而，瑪麗安東妮曾經和一家人 有逃出巴黎的計劃，只是 運氣不好。她得到舊情人協助，與丈夫路易十六 一家人午夜乘馬車 離開皇宮，向東北邊境出發，準備返回奧國的家鄉。豈知 第二天傍晚離邊境三十五公里的一個小鎮的旅店投宿時被認出身份而 扣留，第二天被革命軍押送回巴黎。然後，the rest is history。

下一步，連台灣人經營的誠品書店也應該主動撤出。讓香港擁抱自己的共業。讀書要讀通透，即使不能令你致富，至少能保命，至少瑪麗王后 嘗試過離開，戊戌維新的譚嗣同就選擇留下。No，不要做譚嗣同，不要 在押赴菜市口的路上，還讓兩旁看熱鬧的低端中國人辱罵，向你扔爛菜頭——-雖然譚嗣同、 瑪麗安東妮，與 這位書店的女店員，很奇妙地，在赴死的人間最後一刻，留下的都是同樣昂首挺胸的高光。

Marie Antoinette and Louis XVI of France were married #onthisday in 1770. They would later rule as king and queen with Louis’ accession in 1774. This pair of portraits drawn in pen and ink is by Jean Joseph Bernard and was completed around 1786. The royal couple were dethroned in 1792 following the constitutional reforms of the French Revolution, and were both executed under charges of counterrevolution in 1793.
