石墨炸彈是一種非致命炸彈,此類炸彈可以讓電網癱瘓。原理是在空氣絕緣的高壓設備附近散佈大量和高密度經化學處理的碳纖維,令變壓器和輸電網絡內的絕緣環短路,令局部地區甚至整個國家停電。
