Darkness, Darkness
(2014) is the twelfth and final novel in John Harvey's acclaimed Charlie Resnick crime series. Set in Nottingham against the backdrop of the 1984-85 miners' strike, the story follows the retired Inspector as he revisits a decades-old murder case, confronting past betrayals and personal, societal divisions.
