若澤·曼努埃爾·杜朗·巴羅佐(José Manuel Durão Barroso,1956年3月23日出生)是一位葡萄牙政治家和法學教授。他曾於2002年至2004年擔任葡萄牙總理,並於2004年至2014年擔任歐盟委員會主席。 [1]
