羅伯特·卡帕（英語：Robert Capa），1913年10月22日—1954年5月25日），原名弗里德曼·安德烈·艾爾諾（匈牙利語：Friedmann Endre Ernő），又名安德烈·弗里德曼（André Friedmann），匈牙利裔美國籍攝影記者，20世紀最著名的戰地攝影記者之一，參與報道過5場發生於20世紀的主要戰爭：包括西班牙內戰、中國抗日戰爭、第二次世界大戰歐洲戰場、第一次中東戰爭以及第一次印支戰爭。第二次世界大戰期間，卡帕跟隨美國軍隊報道了北非及義大利的軍事行動，諾曼第登陸中的奧馬哈海灘戰役以及巴黎的解放。
卡帕被認為是「決定性瞬間」的集大成者之一，他的作品通過凝結瞬間再現了戰爭的殘酷和暴戾，突出表現在他的幾幅名作中。1947年，他和「決定性瞬間」的倡導者布勒松一同創立了著名的瑪格南圖片社，成為了全球第一家自由攝影師的合作組織。
